Forklift mast maintenance
To ensure the stable and safe operation of the mast, the following points should be noted:
1. Regularly check the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil, replace the hydraulic oil in time, and pay attention to the replacement specifications and brands;
2. All pipe joints, threads and other parts in the hydraulic system must be inspected regularly to prevent oil leakage and loosening;
3. The hydraulic cylinder should be kept clean inside, lubricated and maintained regularly to maintain sealing performance;
4. Regularly inspect and clean all transmission components, and lubricate and maintain them;
5. During use, regularly check whether the support mechanism at the bottom of the mast is intact and replace damaged parts in a timely manner.
In general, when the forklift mast moves up and down, the hydraulic system provides power and mechanical transmission is implemented. Proper maintenance of the mast lifting system can extend its service life, improve operating efficiency, and ensure operator safety.
