Matching fork size to wheel loader model:
1. ZL930 with 1.7m fork:
The ZL930 wheel loader is a powerful machine with a rated load of 2000kg and the operation weight of 5500kg, capable of handling heavy loads. For best performance and stability it is recommended to pair this model with 1.7m forks. These longer forks provide better balance and lift capacity, allowing the machine to efficiently handle larger loads.

2. ZL920 with 1.5m fork:
The ZL920 Wheel Loader is a compact and flexible machine that is often used in tight spaces. Compared with the ZL930, it will appear smaller, because its rated load is 1500kg, and the operation weight is 3800kg. It is most suitable for a 1.5-meter fork, which can provide better maneuverability and control. The short fork length allows the machine to negotiate tight corners and tight areas with ease. Of course, it can also be used with a 1.7-meter fork, but we do not recommend it. If the fork is too large, it will increase the weight and reduce the load of the loader.

Forks are widely used in agriculture. They are mainly used to grab wood and grass. Compared with standard buckets, they are more flexible and can effectively grab bales and wood. To be able to efficiently handle material, selecting the right size fork for your wheel loader is critical for optimum performance and safety. Different wheel loader models require different fork sizes for stability, maneuverability and lifting capacity. By understanding the importance of matching the fork size to the wheel loader model, operators can increase productivity and maximize the machine’s capabilities.
