The third maintenance is when the wheel loader has worked for 500-1000 hours. The following steps are required
1. Check the quantity and quality of hydraulic oil, transmission oil, front and rear axle gear oil, and replace them if necessary.
2. Check the amount and quality of water or antifreeze in the cooling system and replace it if necessary.
The fourth maintenance time is: 1000-1500 hours, mainly to check whether the steering system of the wheel loader is flexible.
The fifth maintenance is 1500-2000 hours. The wheel loader has been working for such a long time, and the main thing is to check the brake system. The brake fluid needs to be replaced and the flexibility of the brakes needs to be checked. If necessary, please replace it in time to ensure the safety of the operator.
