Part Of The Chassis Failure And Troubleshooting

1、Clutch part

Clutch slips 

1 Friction plate is stained with oil. Disassemble the clutch and clean the friction plate with gasoline or kerosene
Surface and main pallet
2 The elastic force of the compression spring becomes weak or broken. Replace with a new spring
3 The pedal has no free stroke or is too small. Re-adjust as required
4 The friction plate of the driven disk is seriously burned. Replace the driven disk.
Incomplete separation

1 Large free stroke Re-adjust as required
2 The driven disk warps seriously. Correct or replace the driven disk
3 The separation lever is not on the same rotation plane. Re-adjust as required
4 The friction plate is broken. Replace the friction plate.
Clutch shakes

1 Clutch enters debris. Disassemble and remove
2 Damaged bearing Replace
3 Damaged friction plate replace
Clutch makes noise

1 The bearing is out of oil or stuck. Add lubricating oil or clean the bearing
2 The friction plate is damaged or the rivet is loose. Replace the friction plate
3 The separation lever hole or pin is loose. Replace the separation lever

2、Gearbox

Automatic shift off

1 The shift fork is worn or severely deformed Replace the shift fork
2 The positioning spring of the shift fork pin becomes soft. Replace the spring
3 Gear teeth or splines or severely worn out Replace worn parts
4 The fixed gear gap is too large. Adjust to eliminate the gap
5 The bearing is severely worn or damaged Replace the bearing
There is abnormal noise

1 The gear is too worn or damaged. Replace the gear
2 The bearing is severely worn or damaged Replace the bearing
3 Poor lubrication Normal use and lubrication
Oil temperature is too high

1 Insufficient lubricating oil Fill in lubricating oil according to regulations
2 Bearing is too tight, adjust the clearance
3 Poor oil quality Replace the specified lubricant
Oil leakage

1 Oil seal is worn or aged Replace the oil seal
2 Worn shaft diameter Repair shaft
3 The paper pad is too high Replace the paper pad
4 The oil level is too high to release excess oil
